• prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania: Użytkownik może żądać, abyśmy ograniczyli przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych wyłącznie do ich przechowywania lub wykonywania uzgodnionych z nim działań, jeśli jego zdaniem mamy nieprawidłowe dane na jego temat lub przetwarzamy je bezpodstawnie, lub jeśli nie chce, abyśmy je usunęli, bo są mu potrzebne do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń, lub na czas wniesionego przez niego sprzeciwu względem przetwarzania danych.
• prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych: Użytkownik ma prawo sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania jego danych na podstawie naszego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu. • prawo do przenoszenia danych: Użytkownik ma prawo otrzymać od nas w ustrukturyzowanym, powszechnie używanym formacie nadającym się do odczytu maszynowego jego dane osobowe, które nam dostarczył na podstawie zgody lub umowy. Może też zlecić nam przesłanie tych danych bezpośrednio innemu administratorowi.
• prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego: Jeśli Użytkownik uważa, że przetwarzamy jego dane niezgodnie z prawem, może złożyć w tej sprawie skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
• prawo cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych: W każdej chwili Użytkownik ma prawo cofnąć zgodę na przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych. Cofnięcie zgody nie będzie wpływać na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonaliśmy na podstawie jego zgody, przed jej cofnięciem.
